Tukios Onboarding
This page describes the process for onboarding new clients who have recently added the GriefPlan program to their Tukios website. If you have not yet talked with Tukios about adding the GriefPlan program, you will need to contact your Tukios representative or contact me.
1) Billing & Payment
I will contact you by email to complete payment. You will receive a online link to pay the annual fee by credit card. The online billing system is called “MoonClerk” - notice that you may see their name on your credit card statement. The billing system allows you to be notified before a renewal occurs, print receipts, etc.
Process
2) Marketing Materials
a) Branded Handout: I will contact you with a self-print, branded handout that you can use to share the program in your community and with the families you serve. The single-page, letter-sized pdf can be printed, emailed, etc. If you do not have your branded handout (or misplace the file), please contact me.
b) Social Media Posts: Below is a zipped/compressed file with social media posts that you can download and use to promote the GriefPlan program.
